Job Summary:
Bashundhara Group is looking for a charismatic and engaging Social Media & Live Interaction Specialist to connect with our audience, host live sessions, and drive brand engagement. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong presence on camera, excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English and experience in social media interactions. Candidates with backgrounds in radio jockeying, news presenting, or influencer marketing will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Engagement:
• Actively interact with followers in both Bangla and English through comments, messages, and posts to enhance brand engagement.
• Respond to inquiries, feedback, and discussions in a professional and engaging manner.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to optimize engagement.
Live Streaming & Content Creation:
• Host live sessions, product showcases, Q&A sessions, and behind-the-scenes content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute engaging live content strategies with the marketing team.
• Maintain high-quality live streaming with proper setup, lighting, and audience interaction.
Brand Representation & Growth:
• Act as the digital face of the brand, bringing energy and authenticity to all interactions.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry personalities to expand reach.
• Track live session performance and audience engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Fluent in both Bangla and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media live hosting, broadcasting, radio jockeying, news presenting, or influencer marketing.
• Confident and engaging on camera with a strong stage presence.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and live-streaming tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to trends and audience preferences.
• Basic understanding of video editing and content optimization for social media.
Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience as a radio jockey (RJ), news presenter, event host, or social media influencer.
• A strong personal brand on social media with a history of live interactions.
