Information that we collect may be stored on your phone or stored on our servers and transferred to, stored and processed in any geolocation where TFW or its service providers maintain facilities, depending on where you use our product and services. Security measures and appropriate safeguards are put in place to protect your information and we ensure that all transfers of your information comply with applicable data protection law, and are carried out in accordance with our instructions.
RETENTION
Information that we collect may be retained for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes outlined in the “use of your personal information” section above, or for a period of time specifically required by applicable regulations or laws such as retaining the information for tax and accounting purposes. When determining the relevant retention periods, we will take into account factors including:
