Position: Sales Executive

The Sales Executive at Toggi Fun World is tasked with spearheading sales efforts, identifying potential clients, and closing deals to surpass sales targets. This role involves face-to-face client meetings, meticulous record-keeping, and regular sales reporting. Effective digital communication and collaboration with the marketing team are integral. The Sales Executive is also responsible for nurturing client relationships and participating in BTL activities and events to attract new clients.
As a Sales Executive at Toggi Fun World, you will be the bridge between our world of fun and the corporate realm. Your responsibilities include establishing and nurturing relationships with educational institutions, SMEs, and large corporations to craft tailor-made experiences that foster team unity and celebration.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage with potential clients from various sectors.
- Present the Toggi Fun World experience, proposals, and solutions with creativity and flair to entice potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Reporting and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and deals in the Office Suite and G Suite.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Digital Communication:
- Utilize digital tools and platforms for efficient communication with clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive strategy for attracting new clients.
- Participate in Below-The-Line (BTL) promotional activities and events as needed.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the entertainment or leisure industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong digital communication skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and engage in fieldwork to meet potential clients.
