Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as Deputy Manager, Creative Copywriter at Toggi Fun World. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating innovative ideas and developing captivating copy for marketing campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives that align with our brand identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives that align with Toggi Fun World’s brand identity and objectives.
2. Develop captivating scripts and copy for advertisements, social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, tailored to hit the appropriate target groups and maximize engagement and conversion rates.
3. Demonstrate prompt response capability, addressing inquiries, comments, and feedback from customers and followers across digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
4. Exhibit proficiency in both Bangla and English writing, crafting culturally relevant and impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences.
5. Utilize meme creation skills to infuse humor and personality into content, enhancing engagement and brand affinity among our audience.
6. Showcase top-notch creative thinking capability, especially under pressure, to develop innovative solutions and content that stand out in the competitive landscape.
7. Expedite project timelines and ensure on-time delivery by effectively coordinating with internal design teams and external agencies, pushing for timely execution and maintaining high standards of quality.
8. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and operations, to ensure consistency and coherence in messaging and branding efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a creative copywriter, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in both Bangla and English languages.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms preferred.
