Job Summary:
The Call Center Operator is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to provide information, support, and solutions to customers in a professional and efficient manner. The role ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining effective communication, resolving queries, and recording accurate information in the system.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.

Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback collection, or promotional purposes as assigned.

Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.

Handle customer complaints, resolve issues where possible, and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate department.

Maintain records of all interactions in the call center system/CRM.

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

Achieve individual and team targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and service level.

Assist in maintaining customer loyalty by ensuring a positive service experience.

Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM/Call Center software.

Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
