Job Summary:

The Call Center Operator is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls to provide information, support, and solutions to customers in a professional and efficient manner. The role ensures customer satisfaction by maintaining effective communication, resolving queries, and recording accurate information in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback collection, or promotional purposes as assigned.

  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.

  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues where possible, and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate department.

  • Maintain records of all interactions in the call center system/CRM.

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

  • Achieve individual and team targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and service level.

  • Assist in maintaining customer loyalty by ensuring a positive service experience.

  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM/Call Center software.

  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
