Toggi Fun World is looking for a Brand Promoter to create an exciting and welcoming experience for our visitors. If you have great communication skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers & VIPs with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Assist internal and external customers, providing necessary support, including first aid and emergency response.
• Promote and explain various games and rides to in-house and outdoor guests.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, working closely with the CE and Operations teams.
•  Support spot, institutional, and corporate sales & activations as needed.
• Generate reports on customer engagement, interest levels, and feedback.
• Stay updated with all game, ride, and service features.
• Coordinate with operations & sales teams for on-floor requirements.
• Meet Customer Experience Associate KPIs as per company standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC pass, but a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven customer service and promotion experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends.
• Customer-oriented with an outgoing, friendly personality and a professional appearance.
• Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
