Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Execution
• Create high-performing content across platforms — from carousels to memes to reels.
• Turn wild ideas into scroll-stopping visuals, captions, and scripts.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content strategies that align with brand goals.
• Edit videos, design graphics, and write copy for campaigns, posts, and ads.

Trend & Platform Savviness
• Stay updated with trends on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Use platform algorithms and insights to maximize reach and engagement.
• Jump on trends quickly and creatively, making them brand-relevant.

AI & Digital Tools
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Midjourney) to boost creativity and productivity.
• Optimize content using analytics and performance data.

Creative Chaos Management
• Embrace fast-paced, idea-heavy environments.
• Manage multiple content pieces and timelines without breaking a sweat.
• Keep quality high even when deadlines are tight.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or design
• Skilled in video editing, graphic design, or motion graphics (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.)
• Strong copywriting skills — witty, relatable, and on-brand
• Comfortable being on camera is a bonus, but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Bangla and English (written & spoken)
• Ability to ideate creatively and execute independently

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• A personal or professional portfolio of content that went viral or performed well
• Background in influencer marketing, meme pages, creative agencies, or startups
