Job Overview:

Toggi Fun World is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
