Job Overview:

Toggi Fun World is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience from the moment they enter our fun-filled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Sales and Promotions: Promote and sell tickets, memberships, and special packages. Inform guests about current promotions and offers.
• Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, provide information about attractions and services, and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently for online and walk-in customers.
• Ticketing Operations: Manage the ticketing system, process payments, and ensure accurate handling of cash and card transactions.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain the front desk area, manage phone calls, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures. Monitor entrance and exit points to maintain a secure environment.
• Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback to management regarding customer experiences and sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation, BBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or hospitality.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
