Job Overview:

Toggi Fun World is seeking a seasoned and strategic Business Development Sr. Manager to drive growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leading initiatives to enhance the company’s market position. This role is critical for driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the entertainment and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve long-term growth objectives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including potential partnerships, acquisitions, and new business ventures.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry leaders.
  • Sales Growth: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, including the identification of new customer segments.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business plans for potential new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Innovation: Identify and pursue innovative opportunities to enhance the company’s offerings and market presence.


  • Education: MBA, preferably from a foreign university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in business development or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior management role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
